It is extremely rare, in great demand and highly prized.  Your stay at Eiderdown House will be a rich and rewarding experience. The owners have completely renovated the ground floor of this house. The open concept kitchen/living/dining area has unfettered views of West Lake. Facing south, summer sunlight floods your vacation home with light. Three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with double bed provide ample room and privacy for up to six people. One three piece bathroom. And, we are one of the few vacation rentals that can boast of wheelchair access! The double lot property has a huge grass lawn where you can enjoy the splendors of West Lake. Walk out the back door and start your boat or seadoo, docked and secured on your long and wide private dock. Ample room to park your trailer after launching your boat from the Wellington public wharf, literally a stones throw away.  Kayak, canoe and paddle board rentals are available at the public dock.   And a complimentary Provincial Parks Pass for days you might wish to take the overland route to Sandbanks. Or just head out the canal and zip over to your anchorage in Sandbanks for a day at the beach. Fire pit by the lake to get the full impact of Lake Ontario sunsets. Tim Hortons is directly across the street for your morning java!  Drake Devonshire Inn is a few minute walk away for special dinners and lunches.  North Docks restaurant/pub is one minute away for a cold pint on their expansive deck.  You can even learn how to kite surf on West Lake.  The convenience, location and amenities of Eiderdown on West Lake make it arguably the best value vacation rental in WellingtonFlat screen TV with satellite channels with DVD player and Wifi are included.  AC for your comfort!  Wheelchair accessible. The Princess Sophia

Bringing you back to a quieter more elegant time, The Princess Sophia will delight you and inspire you.  The name comes from the fifth daughter of King George III after whom Sophiasburgh is named.  This country estate has been totally renovated and updated to modern standards while still retaining its 19th century charm.  Four bedrooms, with three queens and a kids room with two twins and a day bed.  Three bathrooms so you never have to wait!  A gorgeous great room with cathedral ceiling and working wood stove.  Modern kitchen with all the amenities.  And The Princess Sophia is dog friendly!  Yes, we welcome pets.  Expansive lawn area for all your outdoor activity.  Sit by the pond and watch nature unfurl before you.  Miles of walking trails thru your 100 acre private estate.  Even though you have utmost privacy here, within two minutes you can be enjoying a glass of wine at Three Dog Winery.  Drive a couple minutes more, and relax at County Shores park on the Bay of Quinte.  Boaters can launch from here and even keep their boat at the docks.  In the evening, or early morning, frankly at any time, enjoy your coffee on the huge covered porch of The Princess Sophia. Want privacy and convenience in one package? The Farmhouse is your destination. It has all the modern conveniences while maintaining its country charm and history. This century+ farmhouse has been redocorated and newly carpeted for your comfort. Three bedrooms, all quite large. Two bathrooms. Eat in kitchen. TV room.  Piano room!  Surrounded by acres of forest trails and pasture land. Situated high on a hilltop for magnificent views all around. Yet a short bicycle ride from 20+ Hillier wineries and craft brewers! A 5 minute cab ride to Wellington and its many restaurants and galleries and pubs and coffee houses. Bicycle or drive to the amazing beaches at North Beach Provincial Park (pass provided of course) and some little known public beaches which we will share with you after your reservation! The Farmhouse has huge windows so you can enjoy the views from the interior should some of your stay be sprinkled with rain. But on sunny days you can BBQ at the outdoor patio while sipping your County finds, or quaffing them should you be into beer! We even offer a campfire for your enjoyment. Lay back on the lounge chairs provided and enjoy a star spectacle unlike anything you will see in the city. There are mature hardwoods and farm fields all around, it is quite picturesque.

The Doctor's House in Consecon

First time on the vacation rental market!  Known to locals as "The Doctor's House" because it was the residence and clinic of Consecon's doctor for many decades.  This amazing 1BR apartment with Queen bed and a pullout sofa bed is just 5 minutes from scores of Hillier wineries.  It boasts art deco flourishes and a large living room and a nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom.  The kitchen has full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven and twin hotplate.  Coffee maker and tea kettle are also part of your full complement of kitchen tools.  All new bedroom mattress and quality linens.  A short bicycle ride from The Mill restaurant where executive chef Sebastian Schwab will delight you with high end pub fare.  Walk to the Consecon Variety store where they have a LCBO/beer store for your convenience. Terra Italian restaurant and their winery are literally just minutes away.  In fact you can walk to the restaurant.  The Doctor's House is located in the gateway to the County so your options are many and varied.  Beaches nearby.  Provincial Parks pass provided for our guests.  Craft brewers nearby.  There is even a private deck off the kitchen, to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine!  Parking for several cars.  And you can use the owner's BBQ on the ground floor deck too!  Sleeps up to 4 people but ideal for 2!  And of course TV with Netflix and wifi!
